1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CALIM Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. ("CTS", "we", "us"), a subsidiary of CALIM Consultancy Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and any other persons who access or use the Site. Use of the Site indicates your unconditional acceptance of these Terms as currently published.

CTS is an enterprise technology company specialising in digital transformation, intelligent contract systems, ERP deployment and integration, and AI-integrated enterprise software. We serve clients operating across the construction, telecom, energy, and service sectors — with particular depth in EPC and large-scale infrastructure projects — from offices in India, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the USA, serving clients across the GCC including the UAE.

The Site presents information about CTS's capabilities, products, team, and affiliated platforms. It does not constitute the provision of software services, professional advice, or any binding offer. Use of any software platform delivered or operated by CTS is governed exclusively by separate written subscription, licence, or service agreements executed between CTS and the contracting party. Products of CALIM 360, a sister company within the CALIM group, are governed by CALIM 360’s own terms. Nothing on this Site amends or overrides the terms of any such agreement.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with its intended function as an informational and business-development resource. Permitted use includes reviewing service and product descriptions and contacting CTS through designated channels.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Site without CTS's prior written consent.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, page layouts, product and service descriptions, and visual design — is the exclusive intellectual property of CALIM Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

CTS's proprietary software, platforms, and methodologies — including, without limitation, the source code, machine-learning models, user interfaces, and associated documentation of platforms CTS builds and operates — are trade assets of CTS. These may not be reproduced, adapted, reverse-engineered, decompiled, or presented as the work of any other party without CTS's express written authorisation.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right in respect of CTS's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access the Site for its stated informational purposes.

5. Confidentiality

Any information you share with CTS through this Site — whether through contact forms, email enquiries, or document submissions — is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations.

Where a formal engagement or product subscription is initiated, all project-related information, contract data, correspondence, and deliverables exchanged between the parties are governed by the confidentiality provisions set out in the relevant agreement. The existence and terms of any such engagement shall not be disclosed by either party without mutual written consent, except as required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

CTS will not disclose client identities, project details, or commercially sensitive information obtained through client engagements in any public-facing communication without the client's explicit prior consent.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kochi, Kerala, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.

Nothing in this clause limits CTS's right to seek urgent interim or injunctive relief before any competent court of jurisdiction where CTS maintains an operational presence, including in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States of America.

9. Changes to These Terms

CTS reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
